This Kena Upanishad derives its name from the opening word ena-ishitammeaning y whomand panishadmeans sitting close, more importantly feeling close to the master. In this closeness, more than words flow between the Master and the disciple, speaker and the listener. All that the Master has can be transmitted through the sheer grace of being close to him.
